Pune-based EdTech platform Beep App has successfully conducted a large-scale fresher hiring fair in Greater Noida, reinforcing its mission to streamline early-career recruitment in India. Held on April 11, the event brought together over 800 students and a diverse group of recruiters, ultimately facilitating placements for 200 candidates.
The hiring drive stood out for its structured approach, with more than 500 participants pre-assessed and interview-ready. This ensured that recruiters could efficiently engage with a vetted talent pool, reducing hiring friction while improving outcomes for both companies and job seekers. The fair provided a platform not just for interviews, but also for meaningful industry interaction and networking. Leading organizations including Deloitte, Bajaj, CARS24, InsuranceDekho, and VRV Aircon participated in the event. These companies leveraged the platform to identify skilled entry-level talent at scale while also strengthening their employer brand among fresh graduates.
Speaking about the initiative, Saurabh Mangrulkar highlighted the company’s broader ambition to enable 100,000 student placements in 2026. He emphasized that such hiring fairs are part of a larger strategy to bridge the gap between job-ready youth and industry demand through scalable and accessible solutions.
A key highlight of the event was its zero-cost model for both students and recruiters. By removing financial barriers, Beep App enabled wider participation and increased accessibility, particularly at a time when youth unemployment continues to pose challenges across India. The initiative underscores the growing importance of tech-enabled platforms in building a more inclusive employment ecosystem.
Founded in 2021, Beep App has evolved from a student community platform into a comprehensive career ecosystem.
