ALLEN Career Institute has announced a major leadership transition with the appointment of Mr. Aviral Maheshwari, Mr. Anand Maheshwari, and Mr. Keshav Maheshwari to its Board of Directors, marking a significant milestone in the institution’s long-term growth strategy and centennial vision.

The appointments reflect ALLEN’s commitment to combining its founder-led values with professional management and next-generation leadership as it prepares to build an institution designed to serve learners for the next 100 years. The transition follows the institute’s continued investment in governance, institutional systems, leadership development, and operational excellence.
Welcoming the new Directors, Founder Mr. Govind Maheshwari said the appointments represent the continuation of ALLEN’s four-decade legacy of academic excellence, adding that the next generation’s energy and innovation will help further the organisation’s mission of educating students across India.
Founder Mr. Rajesh Maheshwari noted that the new Board members have worked across key functions within the organisation and possess a deep understanding of ALLEN’s culture and values. He expressed confidence that their perspectives, combined with the experience of the founders and the professional leadership team, would strengthen the institution’s next phase of growth.

Founder Mr. Naveen Maheshwari added that the founders will continue to support the Board and leadership team in an advisory capacity, ensuring continuity while enabling the organisation to evolve.
Sharing his vision, Mr. Aviral Maheshwari said his focus would be on preserving ALLEN’s legacy while strengthening academic excellence, technology-enabled learning, faculty development, student well-being, and governance practices. Mr. Anand Maheshwari emphasised the importance of integrating technology with strong academic systems to improve learning experiences and career outcomes for students. Mr. Keshav Maheshwari highlighted the need to expand ALLEN’s reach across India and overseas while embracing emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence without compromising the institution’s core values.

Director Mr. Uday Shankar described the strengthened governance framework as a blend of founder experience, next-generation leadership, and professional management led by CEO Mr. Nitin Kukreja, ensuring continuity in purpose while fostering innovation.
