Anaptyss Launches ‘IGNITE’ to Foster Employee-Led Innovation and Intellectual Property Development

The initiative seeks to create a structured framework that enables employees to develop customer-centric solutions, contribute to business growth, and generate intellectual property through collaboration and innovation.

AI-first managed services and business transformation company Anaptyss has launched IGNITE, an enterprise-wide Employee Innovation and Intellectual Property (IP) Incubation Program aimed at institutionalising innovation across the organisation. The initiative seeks to create a structured framework that enables employees to develop customer-centric solutions, contribute to business growth, and generate intellectual property through collaboration and innovation.

The programme comes at a time when organisations are increasingly leveraging artificial intelligence and digital technologies to accelerate product development and enhance competitiveness. Recognising that innovation is no longer confined to research and development teams, Anaptyss has designed IGNITE to encourage employees across functions to identify business challenges, co-create solutions with customers, and transform ideas into commercially viable technologies.

Unlike conventional employee engagement or idea-generation initiatives, IGNITE introduces a structured innovation ecosystem through three dedicated tracks—IdeaLab, Co-Create, and Patent Path. These pathways enable employees to work on process improvements, customer-driven innovations, and patentable technologies, with support in the form of leadership mentorship, executive sponsorship, transparent evaluation, milestone-based rewards, and funding for prototype development and patent filing.

Commenting on the launch, Anuj Khurana, Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Anaptyss, said that as artificial intelligence continues to reshape industries, innovation must become an enterprise-wide capability rather than the responsibility of specialised teams. He noted that employees closest to customers often possess valuable insights into business challenges, and the programme is designed to help translate those ideas into meaningful solutions and long-term business value.

Through IGNITE, employees will be encouraged to address challenges related to artificial intelligence, automation, managed services, operational efficiency, customer experience, and business process optimisation. The initiative also includes innovation certifications, leadership recognition, performance credits, and opportunities for employees to engage directly with customers while contributing to high-impact projects.

By institutionalising innovation across the organisation, Anaptyss aims to strengthen its intellectual property portfolio, accelerate customer-focused solution development, and foster a culture of continuous innovation. The company believes the programme will help identify ideas with the potential to evolve into future products, platforms, and differentiated service offerings while supporting long-term business growth.
