HealthXchange 2026, organized by IIHMR Startups at IIHMR University, brought together over 30 startups and more than 50 key stakeholders, creating a dynamic platform for advancing healthcare innovation in India. The event served as a hub for collaboration among hospital leaders, corporates, government officials, and CSR representatives, all united by a shared vision of transforming the country’s healthcare ecosystem.
The event opened with a welcome address by Dr P. R. Sodani, who emphasized the importance of aligning innovation with real-world healthcare challenges to ensure scalable and sustainable impact. His remarks set the tone for a day focused on actionable solutions and cross-sector dialogue.
The first panel discussion, titled “Rajasthan’s Healthcare Paradigm: Unlocking the Next Big Opportunity,” featured experts including Dr Amit Yadav, Dr Mona Duggal, and Dr D. K. Sharma. Moderated by Dr Sabine Kapasi, the discussion highlighted the need to strengthen primary healthcare systems, improve accessibility, and address fragmentation through integrated care models.
The second panel, “The Next Era of Healthcare: AI-Enabled Care and Collaborative Innovation,” explored the transformative role of artificial intelligence in healthcare. Speakers included Dr Atul Tiwari, Lalit Singla, and Anubhav Sukwani, with moderation by Manoj Balwani. The panel emphasized AI’s potential to enhance diagnostics, operational efficiency, and patient outcomes while stressing the importance of accessibility and collaboration.
A post-lunch session on “Leveraging CSR for Health Innovation” examined the role of corporate social responsibility in bridging healthcare gaps. Moderated by Dr Ratna Verma, the panel featured Dr Dhanshri S. Pradhan, Dr Anil Agarwal, Dr Sarthak Bakshi, and Manoj Agarwal. Discussions underscored the need for structured public-private partnerships and outcome-driven approaches to maximize CSR impact.
The event concluded with a startup showcase, speed networking, and high tea, fostering meaningful connections among innovators and stakeholders. HealthXchange 2026 successfully translated dialogue into direction, reinforcing the need for a collaborative, technology-driven, and inclusive healthcare ecosystem built for scale and impact.
