SP Jain Global Launches Master of Management with Post-Study Work Opportunities in Australia

The program aims to meet the rising demand among Indian students for globally recognised management education combined with practical career outcomes.

SP Jain School of Global Management has announced the launch of its Master of Management (MoM), a two-year Australian-accredited postgraduate program to be delivered on campus in Sydney. The program aims to meet the rising demand among Indian students for globally recognised management education combined with practical career outcomes.

The launch comes at a time when Australia is witnessing strong growth in international student enrolments, which crossed 816,000 as of May 2025, according to the Australian Government’s Department of Education. Business and management remain among the most sought-after fields, reflecting students’ preference for career-oriented programs with global exposure.

Designed for recent graduates and early-career professionals, the MoM focuses on building both academic depth and industry-relevant skills. By completing two full years of study in Australia, students will graduate with an Australian degree and become eligible to apply for post-study work rights, subject to prevailing government regulations.

According to Professor Mahsood Shah, Vice President (Academic), the program is structured to provide a fully immersive international learning experience. He highlighted that studying in Australia enables students to engage with diverse peers while gaining valuable workplace exposure and practical skills.

The curriculum combines core management subjects with specialised pathways such as Business Intelligence, Marketing Analytics, Finance and FinTech, Entrepreneurship, and General Management. Students will develop competencies in strategy, leadership, data analysis, and emerging technologies, culminating in a capstone project addressing real-world business challenges.

Graduates of the program are expected to pursue careers in business analysis, marketing strategy, financial services, and technology-driven management roles, as well as entrepreneurial ventures. The program also incorporates structured career development support, including coaching, industry networking, and skill-building workshops.
