New Delhi: Jagan Institute of Management Studies (JIMS), Rohini, concluded the International Conference on Advances in Management Practices (ICAMP 2025), bringing together academicians, researchers, and industry leaders to discuss emerging trends shaping management education and business practice.
ICAMP 2025 served as a multidisciplinary platform for sharing contemporary research across Marketing, Finance, HRM, Operations, Business Analytics, and General Management. The event opened with registration and an inaugural session outlining the conference objectives.
Dr. Himanshu Goel, Convener of ICAMP 2025, said the conference aimed to unite diverse experts to explore transformative ideas in a rapidly evolving business environment.
Delivering the inaugural address, JIMS Director Pooja Jain underlined the institute’s focus on academic excellence and collaborative research. She noted that conferences like ICAMP facilitate knowledge exchange between scholars and practitioners.
The welcome address was delivered by Anuja Mathur, HOD at SSCBS, Delhi University, who said the gathering reflected the growing momentum of impactful management research.
Guest of Honour Sunando Bhattacharya, Chief Revenue Officer at Yotta, highlighted how technology and management are jointly reshaping business operations.
Chief Guest Anuradha Sastry, Director at PwC India, delivered the keynote address, emphasising the growing importance of innovative, data-driven management practices.
The inaugural session also featured the release of the conference abstract booklet, followed by a vote of thanks from Co-Convener Shrajal Gupta.
A panel discussion on “Role of AI in Management” followed, moderated by SME growth consultant and TEDx speaker Rajeev Narang. The panel included Chandan Prasad (IIM Bodhgaya), Tanya Sarin (EY), and Reetesh Kumar Singh (Delhi School of Economics), who discussed AI’s impact on efficiency, decision-making, and governance.
Post lunch, the conference moved into nine parallel research presentation sessions chaired by faculty from IIM Bodhgaya, IIT Roorkee, IMT Ghaziabad, IIM Raipur, FMS Delhi, SGGSCC and JIMS. Researchers presented studies across multiple tracks, encouraging academic dialogue and feedback.
The conference concluded with a valedictory session, reaffirming JIMS Rohini’s commitment to promoting contemporary research and strengthening ties between academia and industry.
