SP Jain School of Global Management has announced the launch of its Master of Management (MoM), a two-year, Australian-accredited postgraduate program to be delivered on campus in Sydney. The program aims to equip students with globally relevant management skills while offering eligibility for post-study work opportunities in Australia, subject to government regulations.
The launch comes amid rising interest among Indian students in pursuing higher education in Australia. According to the Australian Government’s Department of Education, international student enrolments in the country surpassed 816,000 as of May 2025, with business and management emerging as one of the most preferred fields. Australia continues to attract students globally due to its high-quality education system and strong industry exposure.
Designed for recent graduates and early-career professionals, the MoM program focuses on combining academic rigor with practical, job-ready skills. Professor Mahsood Shah, Vice President (Academic) at SP Jain Global, highlighted that studying in Australia allows students to gain international exposure while learning in a culturally diverse environment and building valuable workplace experience.
The curriculum is structured around core management disciplines and offers specialisations in Business Intelligence, Marketing Analytics, Finance & FinTech, and Entrepreneurship, alongside a General Management pathway. Students will engage in interdisciplinary learning across strategy, leadership, data analysis, and emerging technologies, culminating in a capstone project addressing real-world business challenges.
Graduates of the program are expected to pursue roles in business analysis, marketing strategy, financial services, and technology-driven management, as well as entrepreneurial ventures. The program also emphasizes career readiness through structured support, including coaching, industry networking, and skill-building workshops.
A key feature of the MoM is access to AI-ELT, the institution’s proprietary AI-enabled learning tutor, which provides personalised academic support. The platform adapts to individual learning needs, enhancing critical thinking, conceptual understanding, and overall academic performance.
Applications are now open for the inaugural October 2026 intake, with further details available on the official website.
