MDI Gurgaon Expands Executive Education Calendar 2026–27 with Focus on AI and Future Leadership

A key highlight of the new calendar is the introduction of several fresh programmes, with nearly 20 percent focusing on emerging and future-oriented domains

Management Development Institute Gurgaon (MDI Gurgaon) has unveiled its Executive Education Calendar for 2026–27, featuring 100 Management Development Programmes (MDPs) designed to help professionals navigate an increasingly complex and technology-driven business environment.

A key highlight of the new calendar is the introduction of several fresh programmes, with nearly 20 percent focusing on emerging and future-oriented domains. These include areas such as Artificial Intelligence, sustainability, neuroscience, digital twins, deglobalisation, and applications of LLMs and agentic AI. Additional themes such as gamification and contemporary coaching reflect the institute’s effort to equip leaders with tools to adapt to technological disruption and shifting global dynamics.

The portfolio also places strong emphasis on people-centric leadership, offering programmes like Leading with Emotional Intelligence, Happiness Strategy for Leaders, and Coaching and Mentoring to Build Leadership Pools. These initiatives aim to strengthen interpersonal and leadership capabilities alongside technical expertise.

MDI Gurgaon’s executive education continues to maintain a global outlook. The institute marks the 28th year of its flagship Advanced Management Programme (AMP) and is nearing 25 years of its Human Resource Management: An International Perspective programme, underscoring its sustained commitment to global learning and international collaboration. The programmes also attract a diverse cohort, with around 17 percent international participants recorded last year, fostering a rich cross-cultural learning environment.

Delivered by 51 experienced faculty members, the MDPs combine academic rigour with practical application through case discussions, simulations, and real-world problem-solving. The portfolio ensures a balanced mix, with nearly 50 percent of the programmes dedicated to various functional disciplines, alongside a strong focus on soft skills and competency development.

With its expanded and forward-looking curriculum, MDI Gurgaon aims to prepare professionals and leaders to effectively respond to evolving industry demands, technological advancements, and the complexities of the global business landscape.
