The collaboration integrates LinkedIn Learning’s extensive professional learning platform with MBU’s industry-oriented academic ecosystem, enabling students to complement classroom education with practical, career-focused skills.

Mohan Babu University (MBU), Tirupati, has entered into a strategic partnership with LinkedIn Learning to provide its students and alumni access to more than 22,000 expert-led online courses aimed at strengthening employability and preparing learners for the evolving demands of the global workforce.

The courses cover a wide range of disciplines, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, Software Development, Business Analytics, Leadership, Entrepreneurship and Communication.

Beyond technical expertise, the platform offers opportunities to strengthen leadership, critical thinking, communication, collaboration and adaptability—skills that are increasingly valued by employers. Students will be able to pursue personalised learning pathways, earn industry-recognised certifications and showcase these credentials on their LinkedIn profiles to enhance their professional visibility.

The partnership complements Mohan Babu University’s existing employability initiatives, including its TOP GUN Programme for advanced technical training and the Continuous Evaluation Programme for Placement Readiness (CEPPR), developed in collaboration with AON. The programme evaluates students across Knowledge, Ability, Skills and Personality (KASP), while the university also emphasises personality development, leadership, workplace readiness and communication skills.

According to the university, these initiatives have helped students secure placements with leading multinational companies across technology, consulting, manufacturing, financial services and other high-growth sectors. MBU’s global alumni network, with graduates employed at Fortune 500 and Forbes Global 2000 companies, further supports students through mentorship, networking and industry interactions.
