Pune-based EdTech startup Beep App has officially launched its career-focused application aimed at helping Gen-Z users convert everyday digital consumption into meaningful career outcomes. Designed with a scroll-first interface, the platform seeks to bridge the growing gap between exposure and career clarity among students and early professionals.
In an era where young users spend hours on short-form content with limited long-term benefits, the app introduces a structured alternative. It targets late school students, college undergraduates, postgraduates and early-stage professionals, offering an integrated ecosystem to explore career paths, understand job roles, learn relevant skills and access internships and employment opportunities.
A key challenge in today’s education landscape is the fragmentation between learning and employability. While information is abundant, students often struggle with decision-making due to the lack of guided pathways. Beep App addresses this by simplifying career discovery into a content-led format, covering fields such as artificial intelligence, product management, design, content and data analytics. The platform combines insights from industry professionals with step-by-step progression paths, making career planning more accessible.
At the heart of the platform is its “learn–explore–earn” closed-loop model, which enables users to gain skills, explore opportunities and secure placements within a single ecosystem. The company reports facilitating over 30,000 student placements, indicating early traction and impact.
Founder and CEO Saurabh Mangrulkar emphasised that while Gen-Z users are ambitious, they often lack structured direction. The app is designed to organise digital exposure into actionable pathways, helping users move from intent to execution with confidence.
Rather than altering user behaviour, the platform leverages familiar scrolling habits while embedding career insights and opportunities. Looking ahead, Beep App plans to expand its content across emerging sectors, strengthen hiring partnerships, and introduce personalised career pathways.
Founded in 2021 in Pune, the company has grown rapidly, serving over 6.5 million users, partnering with more than 1,500 colleges and collaborating with 7,800 hiring organisations across India.
