IIHMR University has signed a three-year Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Shobhit University to strengthen academic collaboration and promote interdisciplinary learning in healthcare and allied fields.
The partnership aims to foster cooperation through a range of initiatives, including joint research projects, faculty exchange programmes, and student engagement activities. Both institutions will also collaborate on organising workshops, seminars, conferences, and training programmes designed to encourage innovation, capacity building, and knowledge sharing.
The MoU reflects a shared vision to address the evolving demands of the healthcare sector by integrating diverse academic perspectives and promoting evidence-based approaches. Through this collaboration, the universities seek to create a dynamic learning environment that bridges theory and practice while enhancing academic and research excellence.
Speaking on the occasion, P. R. Sodani, President of IIHMR University, emphasised the importance of partnerships in tackling contemporary healthcare challenges. He noted that such collaborative efforts not only expand learning opportunities for students and faculty but also contribute to the development of innovative and practical solutions for the healthcare ecosystem.
The agreement was formally signed by Dr. P. R. Sodani on behalf of IIHMR University and Ranjit Singh, Vice Chancellor of Shobhit University. The collaboration marks a significant step toward strengthening interdisciplinary education and research in health management, aligning with the growing need for integrated and collaborative approaches in addressing complex healthcare issues.
