Jagan Institute of Management Studies (JIMS), Rohini, in collaboration with Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies (SSCBS), Delhi University, will host the International Conference on Advances in Management Practices (ICAMP 2025) on 6 December 2025. The conference, themed “Redefining Management in the Age of Artificial Intelligence,” will bring together researchers, industry experts, policymakers, and academicians to examine how AI is transforming leadership, decision-making, and organizational strategy.
ICAMP 2025 aims to serve as a platform for critical dialogue and research exchange at a time when AI-driven systems are reshaping management—from data-centric decision models to hybrid human–AI workplaces. The event will include paper presentations, expert talks, and thematic sessions across Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation.
The organisers have invited contributions from academicians, corporate leaders, research scholars, and innovators. All accepted abstracts will be published in an ISBN-numbered conference booklet. Selected research papers will be considered for publication in ABDC- and Scopus-indexed journals, with collaborations underway with leading publishers such as Emerald and Wiley.
“ICAMP 2025 reflects our commitment to fostering innovation, research excellence, and robust industry–academia collaboration at a time when technological disruption is redefining global management practices,” said Himanshu Goel, Assistant Professor (Finance), JIMS Rohini.
With more than three decades of academic excellence, JIMS Rohini remains among India’s leading management institutions and continues to promote thought leadership through its research-driven initiatives.
