IIT Delhi Launches Executive Programme in Brand Management

IIT Delhi’s Continuing Education Programme (CEP) division has announced a new six-month Executive Programme in Brand Management, aimed at professionals seeking to build skills in branding, strategy, and digital communication.

The launch comes at a time when demand for trained brand specialists is rising globally, with the branding and brand-management services market projected to expand significantly over the next decade. The programme is designed to help fresh graduates and early-career professionals strengthen their understanding of brand development, consumer behaviour, digital branding, and analytics.

Delivered through live online classes, the course combines academic inputs from IIT Delhi faculty with industry case studies and practical assignments. Participants will also complete a capstone project focused on creating an end-to-end brand strategy.

Programme Highlights

  • Duration: Six months, live online
  • Start: January 2026
  • Schedule: Sundays, 10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
  • Eligibility: Graduates from any discipline
  • Assessment: Based on a capstone project; 70% attendance required
  • Fee: ₹1,20,000 + GST
  • Application Deadline: December 20, 2025

The curriculum covers brand fundamentals, positioning, storytelling, consumer insight, digital and social media strategy, AI-driven branding tools, and global brand management. According to IIT Delhi, the programme is intended for freshers, early professionals, and individuals transitioning from non-marketing roles who want to enter branding and communication careers.

Graduates may pursue roles such as brand executive, brand strategist, marketing associate, digital marketing specialist, or social media manager. The institute notes that the programme aims to enhance employability through a blend of theoretical learning and project-based application.
